:

- Performs daily general cleaning and maintenance of school building and grounds per the schedule and standards provided through the Facilities Director/Head Custodian.
- Maintains a safe, secure and energy-efficient building by locking/unlocking inside and outside doors, setting/resetting alarms, and turning on/off lights.
- Sets up facilities for student assemblies, and extracurricular and community group activities.
- Performs minor maintenance of equipment.
- Notifies Facilities Director/Head Custodian if the inventory of supplies and/or equipment is in need reordering.
- Expected to work overtime as required by the Building Principal/Facilities Director such as responding to alarm calls, for snow removal, and for extracurricular activities.
- Performs any other duties as designated by the Building Principal/Facilities Director.

**Salary**: In accordance with the Contract between the Quaboag Regional School Committee and Teamsters Local 170
