Job Summary:

The Banquet Bartender is a key member of our team at Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch service to guests and servers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to our hotel's standards and the Banquet Event Order.
  • Set up the bar according to hotel standards and the Banquet Event Order, ensuring prompt and efficient service to our guests.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification, in compliance with State regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
