**Location and Hours**: Torrance full-time or part time (must be in person)
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve AP billing discrepancies.
- Process Invoices for payment (hard copy and EDI)
- Review and Reconcile AP accounts.
- Run Reports and Check run.
- Assist with month-end close.
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment
- Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
- Assist clients with invoice-related questions and issues
- Posting Payments
**Preferred Skills and Experience**:
- Prior supply chain/logistics accounting experience is a plus
- Prior experience with MAS/SAGE Accounting ERP is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or working towards degree
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, proficient in xlookup, vlookup, and pivot tables
- 1+ years of accounts payable, finance, and/or operations experience is a plus (internship experience qualifies)
