**The role you’ll contribute**:
The Operational Transitions Manager, Reporting to the Director of Provider Onboarding and Practice Transitions, is responsible for leading project teams, including organizational and operational leaders, and all internal stakeholders, to drive business-critical change initiatives which improve and expand organizational services and performance. This position calls for someone who can lead both optimization and change initiatives while balancing the requirements to incorporate process improvement opportunities from the present state into a new, inventive future state that enables teams to achieve organizational goals more effectively. Initiatives include directing, planning, implementing, and managing operational changes.

- Manage project teams to drive organizational changes and effectiveness throughout the division.
- Assists in developing organizational change structure and rapidly growing scalable processes to supportorganizational change.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner, to drive organizational transformation with Business Development Strategy, Network Development, Supply Chain, and other support departments.
- Provide consulting on organizational transitions across the organization, fostering departmental strategic alliances and connecting leaders and teams in organization planning and change strategies.
- Develops and implements comprehensive communication strategy for change initiative to ensure continuous change agility and speed of adaptation while managing organizational resistance.

**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed**:
**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field
- Minimum of two (2) year

**Preferred experience**:

- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in healthcare operations
- Experience with large multi-specialty physician group.
- One year or more of leadership experience
