As a Solar Sales Specialist at Independent Solar, you will be on the front lines of our customer engagement efforts, setting appointments through door-to-door interactions. This is a crucial role in our sales process, as you will be the first point of contact for potential customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify and engage potential customers.
- Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy.
- Set appointments for our experienced closers to conduct in-home consultations.
- Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets and goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing Independent Solar.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to help improve our sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Basic understanding of solar energy and its benefits (training will be provided).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive commission structure with highest earnings for setters of any solar company. 50/50 commission split with closers getting you paid what you deserve as a setter.
- 100% Commission pay averaging $3k-5k per deal.
- Low starting redline compared to other solar companies.
- Bonuses and incentives based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
