Job Summary:
Findlay Subaru Prescott is seeking an Experienced Sales Product Specialist to join our team in Prescott, Arizona. As a Full Time individual contributor in the Auto industry, you will play a critical role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Successful Candidates have the potential to earn $100,000+ per year with a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate and sell vehicles to potential customers in a professional manner
- Conduct test drives, present pricing and financing options, and complete necessary paperwork for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote and sell vehicles
- Utilize sales training techniques to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process and after sales service
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current inventory and promotions
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Two or more years of proven sales experience in the Automotive industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of financing and leasing options preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
