- Able to remain calm under pressure during hectic periods of business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- We prefer someone with experience in the trades. Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing. Or home services that deal with residential customers, scheduling, technicians, conflict resolution.
