Nis Air is a well-established company looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to deliver the most efficient, highest quality service to our customers. Our company prides itself on reliable service and strong customer relationships and we're looking for others who feel the same.

The position requires an energetic individual that can multi-task and works well in a team environment. Duties include scheduling, dispatching Techs logistically and according to their skillset, general office responsibilities and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of phone experience working with incoming calls
  • Service Titan experience a BIG PLUS
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Word
  • Self-Motivated, team player, strong multi-tasking experience
  • Air Conditioning phone experience is also a plus
  • Must pass employment drug screening
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with logistics is helpful
