**Job Title**:Production & Material Planning Assistant

**Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00/hr**

**Location**:City of Industry, Los Angeles

**What you will DO**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a computer parts planning and production assistant.
- College degree preferred.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Skilled user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Docs.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**What you will NEED**:

- Analyze and manage computer parts inventory levels using the company’s system, spreadsheets, etc.
- Allocate computer parts across assembly parties and warehouse locations for production.
- Support product management with production forecasting, and issue work orders and transfer orders to assembly parties.
- Support assembly orders and consigned parts' orders closing in the system.
- Monitor production lead times to ensure timely delivery of assembly products.
- Occasionally support parts pickup and/or delivery between assembly parties and MSI warehouses.
- Assist with parts RTV (Return to Vendor) or RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) management with internal departments and external assembly parties.
- Sometimes urgent parts delivery or pickup between warehouses is needed.
