The **Product Development Coordinator** is a key supporting staff member of the Product Development team. Through strong attention to detail, critical thinking and working in a highly organized manner, this individual will work to help manage projects from start to finish.

**What you can do for us**:

- Input and update data into the ERP and/or Excel spreadsheets housing critical product information with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Maintain the product database on a regular basis
- Generate detailed and accurate product data reports for product development team reference
- Prepare, compile and file product information in an organized manner
- Review and identify product data discrepancies (including research and verification) for final resolution with manager
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of assigned product collections
- Assist with problem solving needs as associated with the product development process
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments inquiring about product information
- Plan for and complete all product layouts and data sheets to support onsite marketing photoshoots
- Perform additional administrative support duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Minimum of an Associate’s degree or some college studies with equivalent work experience
- Ability to prioritize and complete project assignments from start to finish
- High attention to detail with pride in producing quality work results
- Strong communication skills and able to take initiative
- Critical thinking to present new ideas and solutions for projects
- Proficiency with MS Office software (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Ability to multi-task and complete work to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously

- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
- Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
- Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

**Compensation**

Starting base pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
