Maintenance Technician

Knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical and carpentry are a must. HVAC experience would be a huge plus

Will be responsible for conducting make readies from start to finish, completing work orders in a timely fashion and must clean up after work is completed.

Needs to have reliable transportation and be willing to go through a background check.

Will be on call around 2 weeks per month
