**The Opportunity**

**Key job responsibilities**
- Invoice Portal setups and training
- New customer account set up
- Collections & collection notes for select customers
- New account information forms for our customers and setup in our system
- Take credit card payments for COD orders
- Issue statements and dunning reminders to customers

**Qualifications**
- Technology savvy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Management of tasks for a high number of customers
- High level of Microsoft Excel knowledge is required
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and follow through
- Experience with SAP is preferred, but not required
