Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
**1. Graphic Design & Layout**: Create visually appealing designs for various print and digital media,
including brochures, flyers, banners, websites, and social media graphics. Develop layouts and
compositions that effectively communicate the intended message and align with the brand
guidelines.
**2. Web Design & Maintenance**: Contribute to the ongoing design, development, and functionality
of the organization's multiple websites. Work with other web designers to ensure our websites are
up-to-date with the latest features, technologies, and content. Collaborate with content creators,
designers, and various other stakeholders to implement website improvements.
**3. File & Asset Management**: Contribute to the organization and management of a wide variety of
creative assets including naming conventions, version control, and file sharing.
**4. Photo & Video Production**: Contribute to the production process for various photo or video
projects and participate in the development of photo/video creative assets and deliverables..
**5. Project Management & Campaign Management**: Provide effective leadership or ownership of
various projects or assigned marketing campaigns that fall within the Marketing Specialist’s
specific skillset or areas of responsibility.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Degree**: An associate's degree or certification in marketing, graphic design, photo/video production, or a
related field is expected; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to

Experience
2 years of experience in marketing or a closely related field and a strong portfolio showcasing creative
and innovative design solutions across various platforms.

Basic Function
The Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the diverse set of marketing campaigns and
strategies used by Grad Solutions to promote our various services and programs, enhance brand
understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, technical and creative proficiency
using a variety of standard marketing tools, and a creative mindset to generate impactful marketing
campaigns and the development of creative assets. The Marketing Specialist needs to have a broad set
of skills and sufficient experience to effectively complete tasks related to no-code web design, graphic
design, video production & photography, communication, and various other standard marketing functions
and assignments. While this position is primarily remote, there may be occasional involvement expected
at Grad Solutions' locations and community events. The Marketing Specialist works collaboratively with
other Marketing Specialists or Marketing team members and also with all other departments within Grad
Solutions to fulfill design requirements and achieve creative excellence.
The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that measures the efficacy and success of the Marketing Specialist
is the ability to consistently produce expected deliverables according to established project timelines at a
98% success rate or better.
