Koala Center For Sleep & TMJ Disorders offers a dental solution for Obstructive Sleep Apnea and TMJ Disorders using Oral Appliance Therapy as well as Frenectomies on infants. We provide a non-surgical, non-pharmacological alternative to CPAP and Surgery for TMJ and Obstructive Sleep Apnea and surgical for Frenectomies. We offer treatment in a medical model and bill medical insurance on behalf of our patients to treat sleep, TMJ dysfunction, and orofacial pain.

- As a dental / healthcare business assistant, your contribution to the team is of utmost importance. You will likely be our new patient's first impression when you answer their calls and greet them upon arrival.

Other business assistant duties include:

- excellent phone and communication skills
- strategic scheduling of patients
- working with physicians’ offices and sleep labs to obtain patient medical records
- You would be responsible to collect patient co-pays, post transactions and balance daily deposits.
- Duties also include uploading documents to our cloud based practice management and electronic health records software, processing referrals from outside physicians and more

Dental, Medical or Sleep experience preferred Expected hours: ~30hrs/week

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

- 8 hour shift
