**Responsibilities**:
**How will you affect the business?**
- Foster a strong partnership with internal Producers and Risk Advisors to take a holistic approach while managing complex and high net worth portfolios.
- Develop a strong rapport with our Private Client carrier partners, maximizing opportunity to provide creative client solutions.
- Take a leadership role in the annual client strategic review process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in high quality and timely manner.
- Retain existing business and drive the sale of additional services and product lines by executing the Business Plan.
- Nurture relationships with internal stakeholders nationally, as well as with the your team associates
- Guide your team members in addressing a client’s risk management needs through consultative conversations.
- Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and strong talent development.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
- Maintain accurate client policy data and documents within your Gallagher systems.
- Use Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality.
- Effectively manage multiple competing priorities.

Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree wit 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.
