You will work closely with pharmacy staff, management, and regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to standards of practice and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive pharmacy compliance programs and policies.
- Monitor and audit pharmacy operations to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
- Stay abreast of changes in pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry standards, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular training sessions for pharmacy staff on compliance-related topics, including HIPAA, controlled substances, and medication safety.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance issues and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and coordinate inspections and audits as necessary.
- Investigate and respond to compliance complaints and incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Licensed Pharmacist in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmacy compliance or regulatory affairs.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs and initiatives.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
