**Reports To**: Administrative director

**Job Summary**: The Sales Department Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth in the USA market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Sales Strategies**: Design and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- **Sales Team Management**: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve high performance and meet sales goals.
- **Client Base Development**: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through strategic partnerships and networking.
- **Sales Analysis and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and present findings to the executive team.
- **Interdepartmental Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure cohesive strategies and smooth operations.
- **Sales Process Optimization**: Continuously improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the sales department budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
- **Market and Competitor Monitoring**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Lead Sales Analytics Section**: Oversee the sales analytics team to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and actionable insights.
- **Lead Corporate Sales Section**: Manage the corporate sales team to develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.
- **Lead CRM Section**: Oversee the CRM team to ensure effective customer relationship management and high customer satisfaction.
- **Lead Marketing Campaigns Section**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the USA market and sales dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and financial metrics to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Results-driven with a proactive and strategic mindset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Strong network within the automotive or car rental industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce sales channels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset.
