**Operations Analyst, Community**

Applause is searching for a dynamic, operations-focused Analyst for our Community Team. The person in this role will ensure the timely and accurate completion of multiple strategic initiatives occurring simultaneously, focused on the Applause Community (uTest). This role will require a self-starter who is able to work cross-functionally to complete key projects. If you are adept at hard analytical and soft people skills, and able to adapt to rapidly changing business needs, then this job can provide a great deal of personal satisfaction and professional growth. Strengths in strategy development, program management and executive communication are key to the role.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop the strategy and manage the successful implementation of key strategic initiatives that enhance Community Operations
- Effectively communicate cross-functionally on key initiatives; Be able to build the narrative and present outcomes of key initiatives
- Determine, track, and report metrics that measure the successful implementation of various strategic projects and initiatives
- Partner with other members of the Community organization to drive process improvement, standardization and adoption within the team
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and implement new tools
- Partner with Product Management, as required, to provide technology requirements to support new processes and/or initiatives
- Manage time effectively, maintain control over all current projects/responsibilities and follow up on all relevant issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What You’ll Need**
- A bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience as a Consultant, Operations Analyst, Project Manager,, Program Manager, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience with project management strategies, processes, and tools. Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition or Community Management is a plus.
- Proficient knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel including formulas, pivots, etc.
- Strong program coordination, communication, and administrative skills.
- Robust analytical and quantitative skills, as well as attention to detail
- Demonstrate success in a high pressure, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Resilient in the face of competing demands and conflicts.
- A creative thinker who is able to work independently and innovate to solve problems.

Salary range for this position is included in accordance with current state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience, and performance in the role.

Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000
