Responsible for the full operation of the Hackerman-Patz House located on the campus of SJMC, including operations, sales, services, budget and guest services. Will operate and lead the Patient & Family Hospitality Center located in the hospital to include managing the operations, volunteers and amenities/resources that the center provides on a daily basis.
**Qualifications** Education and Experience**

1. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience equating to two years of experience for each year of education, is required.

2. Three years professional experience in guest services or customer service, or equivalent, is required. In addition, one year lead/supervisory experience is preferred

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**

1. Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in interviewing, training, public speaking and human behavior is required.

2. Ability to orient, train, monitor and supervise the performance of staff and volunteers.

3. Effective problem-solving and new program implementation skills are required.

4. Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required to effectively work with all levels of hospital personnel and outside organizations
