Sales Support Specialist

**Essential Duties**:

- Provide process support for all aspects of client accounts such as; contract administration, customer service, and insertion order management and maintenance.
- Work as a point of contact between customers and internal team members.
- Communicate effectively with team members keeping all parties up to date on accounts

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Manages time in order to meet broadcast deadlines; focuses on urgent and important tasks; avoids procrastination; follows up; shows strong attention to detail.
- Adapts to shifts in priorities and urgencies; is extraordinarily flexible.
- Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks
- Exhibits good interpersonal skills; collaborates with others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and overall computer literate.
- Understanding of impact of your own efforts to meet sales quotas
- Desire to broaden sales capabilities and knowledge base

**Compensation**:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

- No travel

Ability to Relocate:
