We are seeking a Program Manager to be responsible for the daily operations of his/her assigned programs. The Program Manager offers support and supervision to a team of House Managers, ensuring a high quality of care is maintained in the home. The Program Manager will promote a positive atmosphere with a focus on growth and development by setting goals for each individual consumer, DSP and House Manager. The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating, implementing and tracking the performance management program for his/her team. The Program Manager's work is driven by the core values and mission of Safe Residential Care.

Responsibilities Include:

- Working collaboratively with the SRC Leadership, Direct Care Teams as well as outside stakeholders.
- Support, supervise and provide guidance to a team of House Managers; work to continually enhance professional development of all staff.
- Share responsibility for On-Call support on a rotating basis.
- Ensure that House Managers and DSPs provide quality services and care to consumers and that medical and mental health needs and appointments as required are arranged.
- Provide guidance to direct care staff in the area of documentation, including but not limited to the review of consumer Individual Service Plans, Reportable Events and GER's, Monthly Progress Notes, and audits of consumer finance.
- Provide oversight of program and consumer goal planning and implementation.
- Maintain weekly work schedules which minimize overtime, meets parameters of authorized program hours, and approve weekly staff payroll.
- Facilitate and participate in monthly meetings with the House Managers and DSPs to address program and agency business.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all staff meetings and staff supervisions.
- Participate in employee evaluation and progressive disciplinary actions as needed.
- Maintain CRMA compliance including, ensuring current accurate doctor orders and, in collaboration with the agency Nurse, meeting the health and safety needs of all residents.
- Maintain monthly guardian and case worker correspondence.
- Other Duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must have completed CPI, CRMA, CPR/First Aid, and DSP.
- Experience working with diverse populations including individuals with disabilities and/or mental health challenges
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Strong ethical and moral character.
- Demonstrated capacity to provide compassionate care to marginalized populations.
- Committed to independent living, community inclusion, and full participation for all citizens with cognitive and physical disabilities and/or mental illness.
- Strong time management skills which support productivity and efficiency.
- Must have a valid Driver's License, a safe reliable car, and proof of car insurance.
- Must have a High School Diploma, or College Degree.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a working cell phone.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 Annual Salary
