**Duties**:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews
- Assist the Director of Training in employee orientation, development, and training programs
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Manage payroll and benefits administration using Paychex's Flex
- Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations
- Acting as primary contact for employees with payroll and paycheck inquiries and discrepancies.
- Knowledgeable of all labor laws

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or relevant HR role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and current regulations
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Human Resource Certificate

Pay: $48,676.00 - $65,000.00 per year
