**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Solving Computer hardware/software problems
- Configure desktop hardware and software
- Provide network and remote connectivity hardware/software support

- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Strong problem solving and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field is a plus, but not required
