Job requirements:
**Communication skills**: Strong communication skills are essential for a reefer dispatcher as they need to communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other staff members.
**Organizational skills**: Reefer dispatchers must be highly organized to ensure that schedules are met, deliveries are made on time, and documentation is accurate.
**Technical skills**: Knowledge of transportation management systems, GPS tracking software, and other relevant software and technology is important for a reefer dispatcher.
**Regulatory knowledge**: Understanding of transportation regulations, including safety regulations, is necessary for reefer dispatchers.
**Ability to work under pressure**: Reefer dispatchers often work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
