**Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Processing**:

- Input garnishments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process requests for wage information and respond to inquiries from relevant
institutions.
- Assist with weekly payroll processing as needed and become proficient in ADP Workforce
Now (WFN) to serve as a backup for the Payroll Manager.

**Pre-Payroll Audits**:

- Collaborate with the team to pull reports from the timekeeping system and ADP WFN for
pre-payroll audits.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with payroll policies and procedures.

**Employee Information**:

- Assist in updating and verifying employee information to maintain accuraterecords.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Assist in preparing and submittingmonthly BLS (Bureau of Labor Statistics) reports.
- Participate in audit requests and providenecessary documentation.

**Communication**:
and requests promptly and professionally.

**Employee Benefit Tracking**:

- Support the tracking and administration of employee benefits payments.

**Research and Special Projects**:

- Conduct research as needed to resolve payroll and benefits-related issues.
- Assist in special projects related to payroll, benefits, and HR as required.

**Office Support**:

- Handle administrative tasks, including managing Certificates of Insurance.
- Assist in fulfilling orders for business cards.
- Compile a variety of reports as requested by the Finance department.
- Assist in purchasingoffice supplies and maintaininginventory.

**Other Duties**:

- Perform additionaltasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is a plus, but not required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll processing.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional research skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- High level of customer service, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) systems.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
