Preferred Floor and Tile offers turnkey flooring solutions, specializing in National and Regional Home Builders, Single Family Rental (SFR), and Multi-Family Property Management. A family-owned business, PF&TCO continues to understand the importance of building and maintaining quality relationships with our clients.

**Operations Support Specialist**

This role requires individuals to be detailed oriented and task-completion focused with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects. Strong technology operation is required. We are looking for someone with team spirited interpersonal skills and a solution minded problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines, and quick turnarounds while maintaining accuracy.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Build new jobs into CRM
- Reviewing orders for accuracy
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to work with Field Estimators for discrepancies if needed
- Ability to hit necessary deadlines on a daily basis
- Customer data entry
- Navigate builder portals such as Builder Trend and SupplyPro

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of flooring
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Familiarity with RFMS, CRM, and Schedule Pro is a plus
- High Attention to Detail

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
