**Warehouse Group Leader - 3rd Shift
- based onsite in at our new Bryan Dairy location in Seminole, FL.**

**3rd Shift is approximately 11pm - 7am Eastern Time**

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Group Leader to join our team. The Warehouse Group Leader will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols. This individual will lead a team of warehouse associates, driving productivity, fostering teamwork, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout all processes.

**What can you expect to do?**
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure performance targets are met.
- Plan and prioritize daily activities within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipments.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track inventory movements, generate reports, and streamline operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and open communication among team members.

**What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in effectively managing and motivating teams.
- Solid understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
