Job Overview:
We are seeking a LCSW/ AMFT/ ACSW to join our team. You will provide counseling and support services to individuals, families, and groups. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with the team to ensure the well-being of your clients.
**Duties**:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's Mental health/ Addiction needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide counseling and therapy to individuals, families, and groups
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment
- Attend Clinical Meeting 1x weekly
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout the treatment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field
**Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Proficiency in conducting group therapy sessions
- Familiarity with documentation requirements
- Ability to provide patient-centered care in a compassionate manner
**Requirements**:
- Active state licensure as (LCSW)/ AMFT/ ACSW
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
