Job Overview:
We are seeking a LCSW/ AMFT/ ACSW to join our team. You will provide counseling and support services to individuals, families, and groups. **Duties**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's Mental health/ Addiction needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide counseling and therapy to individuals, families, and groups
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment
- Attend Clinical Meeting 1x weekly
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout the treatment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field

**Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Experience working with diverse populations
- Proficiency in conducting group therapy sessions
- Familiarity with documentation requirements
- Ability to provide patient-centered care in a compassionate manner

**Requirements**:

- Active state licensure as (LCSW)/ AMFT/ ACSW
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
