**Full Job Description**

We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead innovative marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing pro with 3-5 years of experience managing social media platforms, content promotion, and partner engagement including strategic partnerships.

As our full-time, in-house Strategic Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role within our integrated team, collaborating with our Marketing Director, Chief Marketing Officer, Copywriter, PR Consultant, and Sales & Leadership Team to develop innovative campaigns across digital, print, and experiential opportunities. In this role, you’ll work closely to plan, develop, execute, and optimize an overall marketing strategy, and be responsible for handling day-to-day marketing/communication efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and create engagement.
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Meta paid ads, PPC/Search, Instagram, YouTube, and Linked In.
- Collaborate with the team to craft compelling content that captivates our audience across all digital platforms. Ensure content is optimized for each platform, driving both engagement and conversion from top to bottom of funnels for lead generation initiatives,
- Innovate and Strategize: Develop cutting-edge trend-setting marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and solidify our market leadership.
- To boost brand visibility and cement market leadership, implement a content strategy that leverages our current projects by sharing real stories, and case studies from our projects, spotlighting employees, providing updates on project milestones, and offering educational content to establish thought leadership. Additionally, incorporating interactive content, utilizing social proof through user-generated content, conducting live demonstrations, and ensuring all content is SEO-optimized can significantly enhance your engagement with existing and potential customers.
- Use predictive analytics and market research to identify emerging customer segments and create tailored marketing campaigns to engage them before competitors do.
- Manage social media content creation, posting, engagement, responses, and reporting.
- Responsible for timely replies to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Design experience in Adobe or Canva, to create social media content and print assets.
- Produce a weekly and monthly report to communicate all key performance indicators, including using advanced analytics tools to track and enhance lead conversion specifically through social media channels.
- Daily CRM documentation and management.
- Managing the Strategic Partnership programs (Realtors, like-minded businesses, etc.) and all their branded initiatives
- Coordinate with the marketing team to establish and report goals.
- Leverage blogs, articles, and PR on social media platforms.
- Engage with comments, and respond to messages.
- You also will be managing and growing Facebook groups, building brand awareness for lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance on a daily basis to optimize spend and content for maximum engagement and conversion rates.
- Forecast and Adapt: frequently review industry trends and customer feedback to anticipate market shifts. Adapt marketing strategies to meet evolving customer needs and leverage new technologies or platforms that may enhance visibility and engagement.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Degree preferred but not required
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects
- Adept at working collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in creating engaging and impactful content
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in Adobe or Canva and Hootsuite
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), weekends as needed for events.
- We only want full-time employees, not an agency.
