**Duties/**Responsibilities**
- Utilize product knowledge to solve customers’ needs.
- Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Solve customer problems and find the best possible solutions.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions in a timely manner.
- Data entry, including preparing quotes and entering orders into the ERP.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and organization skills, with attention to detail.
- Team oriented with the ability to effectively interact with co-workers, internal and external customers.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Education/Experience**
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience required.
- Experience working in manufacturing preferred.
