**Project Controller**

Rothe Development, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Project Controller under the Cybersecurity Compliance and Risk Management (CCRM) contract to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) of the Department of Defense (DoD).

**Duties and Responsibilities**

This position reports to the Rothe Program Controls Lead to provide support in the following areas:

- Program planning and control
- Project accounting, labor collection and monitoring, charge code management
- Procurement planning, execution, and accounts payable
- Contract cost reporting, performance metrics and billing
- Subcontract administration

**Skills**
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform work within specific timeframes and adhere to deadlines.
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), strong MS Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with Deltek Cobra desired.
- Familiarity with DoD standards and specifications preferred.
- MDA financial reporting experience desired.

**Experience / Education**
- Requires BA / BS degree and at least 5 years’ relevant experience.
- A combination of education, training, or certification that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities may be substituted for the degree.
- Experience working with multi-discipline teams and customers.
- Experience with Government Contract Management is preferred.

**Work Conditions**
- Position is contingent on successful completion of security badging requirements which include but are not limited to background checks, and drug screening.
- Must be willing and able to sign a personal Non-Disclosure Agreement to firewall and protect sensitive company and other Contractor data.
- Position may require periodic travel.
