**What Will You Get To Do**:

- Operate Distribution within and exceeds professional standards and benchmarks
- Set inventory levels with supply chain, purchasing and manufacturing (pull system) to achieve a 98% or higher delivery
- Efficiently manage labor - especially the picking and packing using standard work/spaghetti diagrams and other tools
- Act as the Continuous Improvement Leader for distribution and freight
- Determine best layout of the facility for most efficient operation with respect to the 7 wastes of lean
- Use methods and processes like A3 and other lean tools
- Participate in annual budget process and monitors and analyzes monthly budget performance
- Identify needs for, designs, and ensures implementation of inventory controls ensuring adequate material availability to support sales and meets agreed customer requirements

**What Will You Bring**:

- At least 7 years of experience managing a warehouse/distribution center and 3 years of managerial experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, previous experience with ERP and WMS systems
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
- Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
