**Duties**:

- Assist with data entry and order entry tasks
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage calendars and assist with calendar management for team members
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office filing systems
- Provide support to other team members as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in property management as an administrative or office support role is required.
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary based on experience

Pay: $16.33 - $16.70 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
