**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Schedule production of windows/screens for every builder/customer daily
- Organize future required dates (smoothing) at least two weeks out
- Take ownership and quickly resolve any issues regarding customer installs
- Pull and send Community lot status report to designated customers depending on day of week
- Attend customer meetings for production pace and projected window install dates
- Review window packs in distribution centers and plant schedules daily
- Willingness to provide improved solutions to become more efficient; systems, reporting, communication, labeling etc.
- Cross-train, share best practices and continually learn other departments/locations roles and dynamics for continuous growth
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Problem solving skills required, willingness to learn
- Microsoft Programs experience - Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Excel
- Communicate professionally with team members, management and our customers/vendors
- Consistency complete day to day tasks of a scheduling coordinator per typical routine
- Great phone etiquette
- Construction experience preferred but not required
