NFL Players Inc. (licensing and marketing subsidiary of the NFLP Players Association) is looking for a dynamic Partner Services Coordinator to join the Partner Services** **team. The Partner Services department is responsible for the overall management of NFLPA partnerships and ensuring that the NFLPA interest are protected and maximized through corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, and NFL club marketing sponsorships.

The **Partner Services Coordinator** provides critical support role for the partnerships team, the department that manages all facets of partnership marketing and is responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and day-to-day servicing of NFLPA partnership accounts in the organization’s portfolio of brand partnerships. The Partner Services coordinator will also assist with partner deliverables and creation/execution of new assets/programs. A degree in Sports Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related area of study preferred.

**Primary responsibilities include**:

- Serves as a liaison between NFL sponsors, agencies, clubs, and prospective partners to facilitate partnership and licensing agreements.
- Collaborates with managers and VP to understand client marketing objectives and execute contractual marketing assets received by partners, including marketing asset execution, player rights, in-market activation, hospitality, and special events.
- Assists in developing and executing property-specific programs, promotions, and experiential activations.
- Maintains communication with managers and VP regarding partner account activity and review partners' marketing materials featuring NFL Players' intellectual property.
- Assists in developing partnership activation presentations and post-analysis of major partner initiatives, including post-event invoicing and agreement follow-up.
- Maintains and updates partner correspondence, including procurement guidelines, NFLPA branding updates, and partnership agreements and related forms.
- Conducts internal audit and reconciliation of partner utilization of player rights, compiling monthly recaps detailing usage and reconciliation of player expenditures.
- Provides support with research and evaluating new business opportunities, assists in implementing partnership agreements, and support NFL Club communications regarding player rights usage.
- Assists in partner activation at NFLPA events and coordinate trade, product, and merchandise needs.
- Supports NFLPA intern and NFLPA Fellows training, onboarding, and department-related projects.
- Provides cross-departmental support as needed and assigned by managers and VP.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

This position is non-exempt and part of a bargaining unit; starting salary is $47,000 annually. Additionally, the NFLPA offers a comprehensive benefit package, a fun, learning culture, and flexible work environment.
