FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days/Varied, Schedule: Position is primarily days 8am-4:30pm. However, occasional coverage or attendance during evening and night shift may be required.
Position Summary
The Laboratory Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of work performed by Laboratory Support Services staff within the Laboratory. This position works directly with staff and oversees the work performed to accomplish work goals as required. This position assists laboratory leadership in ensuring that the mission of the laboratory regarding quality and service is consistently met. Work situations are varied and require a service-oriented individual, organization, prioritization, leadership, good judgment, problem solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Current Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P) Certification or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligible
- Experience as a lead, team coordinator or supervisor in a laboratory setting
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a clinical lab setting

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $24.10 - $35.01 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
