Bondi Sushi has a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, highly motivated and creative individual.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead enthusiastic teams in a high volume setting - currently 2 locations, with 4 by end of year
- Manage Food and Labor Budgets
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations
- Lead and manage culinary teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Embrace the culture of Omotenashi (effortless Hospitality).
- Create memorable dining experiences everyday

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 4 years experience in a leadership role
- Have an intimate understanding (and track record) of Japanese Cuisine
- Exceptional and proven sushi workspace management ability
- Basic Spanish a bonus
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Computer literate

**BENEFITS**:

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
