**Responsibilities**:
- Drives the recruitment process and maintains full oversight of the interview process, including, but not limited to scheduling and participating in phone, video, and on site interviews for all levels of positions, reference checking, and other preemployment tasks as necessary
- Leads intake meeting with team leads to identify position needs and recruitment strategy, including job specifications, duties, qualifications, and timeline
- Create job postings and advertising initiatives
- Partners with managers and HR Director to develop and review job descriptions
- Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics
- Provides ongoing organization and maintenance of recruitment records, interview notes and electronic records to ensure compliance
- Tracks and maintains recruiting, hiring, and turnover metrics and reports
- Works with HR Director to develop and design compensation packages and policies that align with strategic goals of the company
- Provides back up for Benefits Specialist, along with other HR duties
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Knowledge of ethical and professional recruiting requirements, standards, and laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize
- 3-5 years of previous full cycle recruitment experience, required
- 1-3 years of compensation, preferred
