**About Babyletto**:
Babyletto, a brand under Million Dollar Baby Co., has been a pioneer in modern nursery furniture for over a decade. Based in Los Angeles, we are committed to meticulous attention to detail and selecting materials that contribute to a healthier home environment. Our community-driven approach emphasizes diversity and inspires parents globally.

As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the grand opening of Babyletto's first brick-and-mortar store in West Hollywood. You will lead a team of Sales Associates to deliver an exceptional visitor experience, drive sales, and uphold the Babyletto brand ethos.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, hire, and train a team of Sales Associates
- Provide expert product advice and foster brand loyalty
- Manage inventory and back-of-house operations
- Collaborate with HQ on programs and events
- Maintain operational excellence and exceed sales targets
- Uphold Babyletto's mission and core values

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of retail or hospitality leadership experience
- Shopify experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion
