Key Responsibilities:- Master and teach team members to embody and operate by the Serena & Lily Brand Ethos, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Provide outstanding client service by greeting and acknowledging every client, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
- Manage associates in conjunction with the Store Leader to drive sales and run the business, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening, closing, banking, inventory receipt, and transfers.
- Establish and maintain stockroom standards to facilitate selling floor operations, including minor facility maintenance.
- Lead and maintain visual standards of the store, ensuring a cohesive and appealing shopping environment.
- Anticipate, plan, and execute supply ordering and selling floor replenishment to meet customer demands.
- Manage inbound receiving and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coach, counsel, and develop staff with the Store Leader and Head of Customer Service Experience.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service standards and lead best practice implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to ask questions and seek solutions, with a self-starter mentality.
- Microsoft Windows proficiency, especially Word and Excel.
- 1-3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in the interiors/home furnishings field or 1-3 years as a Store Associate at Serena & Lily.
- Inventory management or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong sense of personal style.
