Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and track expenses
- Review and interpret construction blueprints and schematics
- Utilize project management software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, Prolog, etc.
- Support the project manager in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle

**Skills**:

- Strong project coordination and management skills
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, Prolog, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
