**About the Role**:
**Hours**:
Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm (Occassional weekend remote support)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Update customers on pending requests
- Scheduling of jobs and service requests
- Take customer payments and update in billing system
- Pulling permits and coordinating site inspections
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

**Requirements**:

- Prior customer service experience preferred
- This is a fast paced, high energy retail sales environment where you will work as an integral team member to meet goals and deliver the best customer service.
- The ability to quickly build rapport with customers to understand their needs is essential.
- Ability to make people feel comfortable and give them a wonderful experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional follow-up skills and task reminders
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
