Volunteer and Special Events Coordinator-employer

**Job Summary** ~ The Volunteer and Special Events Coordinator is responsible for onboarding volunteers, organizing fundraising events, and increasing supply donations as part of the Development Department team.

**Essential Functions**:

- Maintain meal schedule on monthly basis, communicate with volunteers and internal partners regarding meal service expectations.
- Maintain agency volunteer schedule (non-meal) and provide instruction/supervision for these tasks or collaborate with program staff for coordination/coverage;
- Coordinate with community on supply drives throughout the year;
- Coordinate with committee members on scheduling special events;
- Direct all aspects of agency events;

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
