**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Ownership of the sales team at the dealership by participating in interviews, job offers, training, and development of Sales Advisors
- Responsible for training and developing the skills of the Sales Advisors with our Negotiation Free Sales method and Single Point of Contact
- Assist Sales Advisors in trade appraisals by test driving, obtaining vehicle photos, and entering vehicle condition and specifications
- Ensure all guests receive an exceptional sales experience by reviewing all deals prior to finalization and checking in on the guest's experience
- Meet with General Manager to establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profits
- Take ownership for condition of the lot and dealership to ensure it is secure and professional in appearance

**Schedule: Monday-Thursday with shifts ranging 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Sunday and a weekday off. Weekly hours averaging 45+.**:

- Pay: Earning potential of $120,000+ annually between salary and bonuses; base salary (based on experience) plus monthly bonus based on dealership performance._
- $500 monthly demo allowance_
