Our dedicated team is committed to delivering person-centered care that addresses the intricate interplay between substance use and psychiatric-related issues.

As a **Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner** at Partners in Recovery, you will play a crucial role in providing holistic care to individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments to evaluate the impact of substance use on mental health.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Providing medication management and prescribing appropriate medications to address mental health concerns.
- Offering counseling and support to individuals and their families, fostering a therapeutic and trusting relationship.
- Participating in case conferences and team meetings to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educating patients on medication management, side effects, and self-care strategies.

**Job Requirements**: Master's Degree with an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license with Psychiatric Nurse/Mental Health Practitioner specialty, and one (1) year of experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
