Day Program Coordinator

Seven Hills RI is a human services agency that provides services for individuals with developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, staffing, coordinating, and monitoring services for participants in our Day Program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement Individual Support Agreements for program participants
- Develop goals, objectives, strategies and guidelines based upon the needs of the individuals
- Coordinate, facilitate, and implement services
- Monitor program goals and objectives
- Liaise with family/guardians and state agencies to ensure quality care
- Hire, train and supervise direct support staff

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- 3 years of progressive experience in human services with at least 1 year of management experience preferably working with adults with developmental disabilities

Pay: $24.99 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
