**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall operations of the stock room
- Provide guidance, direction, and enhance individual performance through defined expectations, training, coaching, and mentoring of the warehouse team
- Collaborate with support functions and customers to drive improvement of companywide objectives and customer satisfaction
- Develop and ensure successful performance against departmental metrics by taking tactical actions or implementing process improvement as needed
- Establish a high-performing culture, commitment to excellence, and improvement
- Ensure processes and procedures related to material movement in MRP and outside MRP are enforced and documented
- Manage company cycle counting procedures to achieve accuracy of inventory
- Monitor inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
- Maintain communication with customers to answer shipping and receiving inquiries and troubleshoot problems

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience/certifications in lieu of a degree
- 4 + years of experience in warehouse management or in a supervisory role
- Knowledge and experience in managing inventory and handling procedures and Environmental Health and Safety Requirement

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Contracts, Procurement, Quality, and Management personnel
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse departmental team under pressure
- Excellent decision-making skills, able to prioritize tasks
