Turning Point Global Solutions LLC (TurningPoint), a leading government contracting Systems Integration firm, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team.

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for filling the open positions. This includes developing a compelling job description, posting the job on various job sites.
- Source, screen, and qualify, top talent with relevant experience and expertise in government contracting regulations and procedures.
- Negotiate competitive offers and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Stay up-to-date on government contracting regulations and industry trends.
- Provides guidance on local and regional workforce trends and competitive environment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, technical skills, and professional consulting skills
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

**Education and Experience**:

- Five (5) to seven (7) seven years of experience in talent management.
- Government contracting experience.
- Bachelors degree in related technical and/or human resources field required.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
