Monima Wellness Center is a women's mental health outpatient program in San Diego, CA. We are a trauma-informed, integrative treatment center with the goal to provide a holistic approach to mental health and wellness, providing a safe haven for women struggling with mental health and trauma. Monima Wellness Center is a Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) facility with attached supportive housing that provides women suffering from mental health and substance use issues trauma-informed, gender specific care.

**Competencies**:

- Knowledge of mental health disorders, substance use disorders, 12-step recovery program(s), and related issues.
- Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing supportive living houses.
- Ability to manage and provide oversight of resident’s daily responsibilities and coordinate tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff members, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and supportive environment for residents.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of healthcare providers and community resources that can support residents in recovery.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing needs and circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification e 1-year experience in prior mental health field preferred.
- Behavioral Sciences bachelor's degree preferred

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assists the Program Managers, Therapists, and Case Managers in the supervision of residents.
- Monitors the needs and behaviors of residents.
- Continues to learn about mental health treatment and wellness to appropriately support clinical work.
- Assists with on-site activities, outings, and community meetings as assigned, which may include the use of one's vehicle.
- Documents client activities of daily living.
- Maintains facility cleanliness and upkeep.
- Assists in the availability of community services and resources.
- Discusses significant events involving clients' activities with the treatment clinical team.
- Follows HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Participates in the development of quality improvement projects.
- Attends and participates in staff meetings and training.
- Offer assistance with admissions and discharges, performing room moves, arranging transportation, delivering amenities as requested, and relaying accurate information from the clinical and administrative teams
- Relate professionally, ethically, and compassionately to clients, peers, and staff at all times

Pay: $19 - $22 an hour DOE
