**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:The Human Resources Business Partner contributes to company performance by providing tactical and strategic support to align people strategies with business objectives. The individual formulates partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives and culture of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the company’s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **SHRM-CP, PHR or other HR certification, required**:

- **Human Resources Business Partner experience required**:

- **Minimum 4 years’ experience in Human Resources, required**:

- **Employee relations and analytics experience**:

- Multi-state experience preferred
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expanded knowledge of State and Federal employment laws and Human Resource policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and acc

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provide change management leadership and coaching on HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the stake holders to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
- Remains current on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to compete in
- market and within industry.
- Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment; etc.
- Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Responsible for administering performance management program for assigned business units/departments.
- Partners with Learning & Development team on identifying training needs for business units and individual coaching needs. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
